Employers hire for themselves. An agency hires for other people, and gets paid for it. The Pro plan carries the parts of the job that only agencies have: presenting candidates without giving them away, tracking the placement that follows, and invoicing the client for it.

Blind Shortlists

Present candidates to a client as numbers, scores and skills summaries. Names, contact details and CVs stay yours until the shortlist is agreed, so a client cannot go around you.

Placements and Guarantees

Record the hire, the fee and the guarantee period against the client and the job order. Replacement and refund terms are held with the placement instead of in someone's inbox.

Client Invoicing

Raise invoices against placements with your own numbering, payment details and VAT treatment, including reverse charge for cross-border clients.
