Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Hirebilis platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Hirebilis is a cloud-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that helps businesses manage job postings, receive and evaluate applications, schedule interviews, and track candidates through a hiring pipeline. The Service is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and includes both shared-platform and white-label deployment options.

Accounts are created by Hirebilis administrators upon client request. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate and complete information when setting up your company profile and must keep this information up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Post job listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system infrastructure
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written authorization

The Service is offered under tiered subscription plans with monthly or yearly billing. Plan details, pricing, and feature limits are displayed on our Pricing page. Hirebilis reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

Payment is due upon invoice issuance. Accounts with overdue payments may have access restricted after a grace period as specified in the applicable plan terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. Hirebilis acts as a data processor on your behalf. We will not share your data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.

The Hirebilis platform, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Hirebilis and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

Content you create and upload (job postings, company profiles, etc.) remains your intellectual property.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Support is available via email at [email protected] during business hours (Philippine Standard Time).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hirebilis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Hirebilis may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service.

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
